Progress Learning, LLC is seeking driven Sales Development Representatives to serve as the first contact with prospective customers, handle appointment setting and demos, and drive outbound prospecting. You will demonstrate product knowledge and help nurture opportunities alongside Marketing and Account Executives.

This role offers remote and hybrid options; Dallas–Fort Worth area team members may work a hybrid schedule from Plano, TX with remote Wednesdays, while candidates outside the area may

• Use Salesforce to track activities and pipeline progress.
• Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell Progress Learning products.
