Workleap’s SDR for ShareGate roles involves initiating conversations with IT buyers, qualifying prospects, and transitioning them to account executives with rich context. The role collaborates with an AI-assisted outbound engine while maintaining focus on high-value accounts and human-led engagement.

You’ll need strong English communication, proven sales experience, and comfort using AI tools to drive pipeline. A Canada-based, hybrid setup with remote work access from Montreal is offered.

Qualifications

• Active daily user of AI tools; not just experimenting, using them to improve work.
• Strong verbal communication in English; confident on phone/video.
• Experience in a sales or performance-driven role with targets.
• Outbound prospecting experience (cold calling, multi-touch sequences).
• Ability to learn complex products and buyers in a B2B context.

Responsibilities

• Start conversations with IT buyers and hand off to AE with full context.
• Qualify prospects with a consultative lens before progressing.
• Build outbound pipeline by researching target accounts and multi-threading into IT teams.
• Run and improve AI agent handling outbound batches to focus on high-value accounts.
• Own product knowledge across ShareGate Protect and Migrate; stay grounded in real expertise.
• Develop AI workflows and share results to elevate the team.
