ShareGate is hiring an SDR to be the first voice prospects hear, driving outbound and inbound follow-ups for our ShareGate products. You will qualify IT buyer prospects, collaborate with the AE team, and work with AI tools to enhance efficiency while building real B2B relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or performance-driven role (SDR/BDR/inside sales).
• Outbound prospecting with cold/campaign-based outreach.
• Strong ability to learn complex B2B products and buyers.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with IT buyers and qualify prospects.
• Hand off qualified leads to AE team with context and materials.
• Develop and optimize outbound sequences and AI-assisted workflows.
