Job summary

Dakota Software is seeking an SDR to own outbound pipeline for a B2B SaaS environment. This fully remote role welcomes candidates nationwide, including CA, with room to grow into GTM engineering as you optimize AI-driven drafting, lead scoring, and CRM processes.

• 1–2 years of professional sales lead generation experience preferred.

• Experience with CRM software management and documentation preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation and discovery meetings scheduling.
• Manage AI-driven outbound system and ensure quality of drafts and sequences.
• Triage inbound signals and outreach prospects based on intent signals.
• Operate and improve SDR Autopilot and Zapier workflows.
• Maintain data quality in CRM and pipeline reporting.
• Flag automation issues with concrete examples and fixes.
• Learn to build/modify automations and contribute to GTM tooling.
