Dakota Software is seeking an SDR to own outbound pipeline in a B2B SaaS setting, leveraging an AI-driven system to research, draft, and prioritize outreach. You’ll focus on improving automation, achieving consistent discovery meetings, and advancing toward GTM engineering as you grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields, or Sales-related certificate
• 1-2+ years in a B2B SDR/BDR or outbound sales role with cold calling and meeting booking
• Comfort with automation/AI tools beyond CRM
• Strong written communication and ability to tailor AI-drafted emails
• Intellectual curiosity about GTM systems and data flow between tools
• High self-direction with autonomy reporting to Head of GTM

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated email drafts and approve or edit them for prospects
• Cold call high-priority prospects identified by the system
• Book discovery meetings for Account Executives (target 8+ per month)
• Manage Apollo sequences and adjust targeting based on engagement data
• Triage inbound intent signals from Swan.ai for outreach priority
• Operate SDR Autopilot system and monitor performance metrics
• Maintain data quality in Attio and ensure pipeline accuracy
• Flag automation issues to Head of GTM with concrete examples
