Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated drafts and approve/edit before outreach.
• Cold call high-priority prospects identified by the system.
• Book discovery meetings for Account Executives (target 8+ per month).
• Manage Apollo sequences; adjust targeting and timing based on data.
• Triage inbound intent signals from Swan.ai for outreach priority.
• Operate and monitor SDR Autopilot workflow and Slack posts.
• Maintain data quality in Attio and pipeline reporting accuracy.
• Flag automation failures and suggest fixes to GTM leadership.
