Job summary

Wing Assistant is hiring a Sales Development Representative for a remote role. You will build a pipeline by contacting potential and existing customers across channels, qualify leads, and schedule demos.

The role requires strong English communication, a bachelor’s degree or certificate, and at least one year of sales experience. You’ll work US hours with 20–40 hours per week and enjoy paid training, incentives, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience with quota attainment.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1) required.
• Strong verbal, written, and instant messaging communication.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to create a pipeline of leads.
• Engage and build rapport with potential customers and determine suitability of products/services.
• Schedule sales demos and meetings.
• Set up and manage a CRM or contact list.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation with sales strategy.
• Set sales goals to increase revenue and report performance.
• Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys and compile results.
• General administration tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints as first point of contact.
• Ad hoc tasks.
