Job summary

Parallel is hiring 3 full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year. This fully remote, school-based role supports middle and high school students.

You will hold CCC-SLP, active TN/OH/WV/LA licensure and Tennessee Compact Privilege, enabling telehealth across states. Compensation starts at $52 per hour as a 1099 opportunity, with W-2 options depending on licenses and district needs.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Active state license in TN/OH/WV/LA or eligibility for compact privilege.
• TN DOE credential required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual, student-centered speech therapy to middle/high school students.
• Conduct assessments using Parallel's Clinical Test Library and Report Writer.
• Lead IEP meetings and provide case management for Speech Only students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and monitor IEPs.
• Track progress and generate detailed reports for each cycle.
• Deliver state-specific services including AAC support and SLPA supervision as needed.
