Parallel is hiring three full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based, fully remote assignment for the 2026–2027 year. Qualified SLPs licensed in TN/OH/WV/LA can join immediately and work 35 hours/week with ~55 students per clinician.

Compensation starts at $52/hour with W-2 options possible; sign-on bonus and onboarding stipend available. The role includes teletherapy to middle and high school students, state-specific services, and collaboration with school teams to develop

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP credential required.
• Active state license in TN, OH, WV, or LA or eligible for TN Compact privilege.
• TN DOE credential required for the role.

Responsabilités

• Provide student-centered, IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy to middle and high school students.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments using Parallel’s Clinical Test Library and reporting tools.
• Lead IEP meetings and provide case management for Speech Only students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, monitor, and refine IEPS and track progress.
