Job summary

Parallel is hiring 3 full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists for a fully remote, school-based assignment for the 2026–2027 year. Roles support middle and high school students, with a 35-hour workweek and a caseload of about 55 students per SLP, in a 1099 arrangement starting at $52/hour.

W-2 options may be available depending on licenses, availability, and district needs. Sign-on bonus $500 plus onboarding stipend if onboarding within 2 days.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASHA CCC-SLP and active SLP license in one of TN, OH, WV, or LA.
• Compact privilege (TN ASLP-IC) required or willing to obtain.
• TN, OH, WV, LA licensing path via Compact is supported.

Responsibilities

• Provide IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy to middle and high school students.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments using Parallel’s tools.
• Lead IEP meetings and provide case management for Speech Only students.
