Job summary

Parallel Learning is seeking licensed virtual Speech-Language Pathologists in Tennessee for the 2026-2027 school year. This role involves delivering IEP-aligned teletherapy, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates should possess the CCC-SLP, an active license in Tennessee, and at least 1 year of school-based experience. The position is 1099 with compensation ranging from $52-$54/hour for services in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of full-time school-based experience conducting therapy.
• Demonstrated expertise in writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Prior experience with Medicaid billing systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide student-centered, IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to design Individualized Education Programs.
