Parallel is hiring three full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year. Roles are fully remote, serving middle and high school students with 35 hours per week and ~55 students per SLP in 30-minute sessions.

Compensation starts at $52/hour (1099), with W-2 options depending on licenses and district needs. Requires active CCC-SLP, TN/OH/WV/LA licenses, and TN DOE credential.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification required and active licensure in TN, OH, WV, or LA.
• Willing to obtain Tennessee ASLP-IC Compact Privilege if not current.
• TN DOE credential required.
• Minimum 1 year full-time school-based experience with IEP-directed therapy.
• 2+ years preferred for case management assignments.
• Demonstrated expertise in the IEP process and evaluation reporting.
• Tech-savvy with telehealth platforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide virtual speech therapy to middle and high school students.
• Conduct speech-language assessments using Clinical Test Library and Report Writer.
• Lead IEP meetings and case management for 'Speech Only' students.
• Partner with school teams to design, monitor, and refine IEPs.
• Systematically track session data and develop progress reports.
• Deliver state-specific services including AAC support and SLPA supervision as needed.
