Job summary

Parallel is hiring 3 full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists for an immediate school-based assignment for the 2026–2027 school year. These are fully remote roles serving middle and high school students, with 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday during regular school hours.

Qualified candidates have CCC-SLP and an active license in TN, OH, WV, or LA, with Tennessee Compact Privilege eligibility. W-2 options may be available; compensation starts at $52/hour and includes a sign-on and

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification with active state license in TN, OH, WV, or LA.
• Willing to obtain Tennessee ASLP-IC Compact Privilege if out-of-state.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time school-based IEP therapy experience (2+ preferred).
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual speech-language pathology sessions to middle and high school students.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and evaluations using Parallel’s Clinical Test Library and Report Writer.
• Lead IEP meetings and provide dedicated case management for Speech-Only students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to design and monitor IEPs.
• Track session data and progress, producing detailed progress reports for each cycle.
• Provide state-specific services including AAC support and SLPA supervision as needed.
