Job summary

Parallel is seeking three full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based teletherapy role for the 2026–2027 year. These positions are fully remote, serving middle and high school students with roughly 55 caseload per SLP and 30-minute sessions.

Applicants must hold CCC-SLP, an active license in TN/OH/WV/LA (or be eligible for the Tennessee Compact Privilege) and a TN DOE credential. Compensation starts at $52/hour, with W-2 options possible; sign-on bonus and onboarding

Qualifications

Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
Active SLP license in TN, OH, WV, or LA (or eligibility for TN Compact Privilege).
Must hold or obtain TN DOE credential.
1+ year of full-time school-based IEP therapy experience; 2+ years preferred for case management.
Familiarity with IEP process and reporting.

Responsibilities

Provide IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy for middle and high school students.
Conduct assessments using Parallel Clinical Test Library and Report Writer.
Lead IEP meetings and manage Speech-Only caseload.
Collaborate with school teams to develop and monitor IEPs.
Track data and prepare progress reports for cycles.
Deliver state-specific services including AAC support and SLPA supervision as needed.
