Consult is seeking a Program Manager to lead business infrastructure and data initiatives, operating remotely in the US. You will drive cross‑functional projects across business, IT and data teams, delivering dashboards and executive reporting to keep leadership informed of progress and risks.

The role emphasizes strong planning, risk management and stakeholder management with hands‑on data and dashboard work to improve portfolio visibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
• Strong planning, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards is highly desirable.
• Strong Microsoft 365/SharePoint skills and familiarity with Power Apps or Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication across technical, business and senior leadership.
• Highly organized and proactive across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and workstreams across business, IT, data and technology teams.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies.
• Own risk and issue registers, flag risks and drive resolution.
• Coordinate meetings, actions and decision‑making across stakeholders.
• Create and maintain dashboards and executive reporting for project health.
• Work with Power BI to improve reporting and portfolio visibility.
• Track dependencies, deliverables and critical path activities.
• Support process improvement and scalable operating processes.
• Prepare executive updates on progress, risks, and priorities.
• Ensure decisions and actions are documented and followed through.
