Job summary

Mindspan is seeking a Program Manager within its Operational Excellence function, focused on data systems, dashboards, and vendor relationships across diabetes and cognitive care lines. This role involves rebuilding reporting pipelines, consolidating vendor relationships, and designing SOP frameworks while driving measurable efficiency gains.

You'll work with clinicians, operators, and leaders to scope work, define success metrics, and deliver concrete results in a fast-paced startup environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in program/project management or related field.
• Healthcare experience is a huge plus.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve operational dashboards and reporting.
• Manage cross-team initiatives and SOP framework.
• Lead end-to-end programs for 3–6 months with measurable outcomes.
• Analyze data from multiple systems (EHR, spreadsheets, tools).
• Collaborate with clinicians, operators, and executives; communicate risks and status.
• Maintain vendor relationships and contracts as needed.
• Support Operations with Revenue Cycle Management interfaces.
