Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
• 7+ years of related experience in loan closing or banking.
• Demonstrated management, leadership and coaching skills.
• LaserPro experience is required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of SBA loan closing from approval to funding.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff; lead training and protocol development.
• Organize files and ensure compliance with SBA and bank requirements.
• Coordinate third-party reports, appraisals, title work, and tax transcripts.
• Review closing documents and ensure accurate, complete files.
