First Merchants Corporation seeks an SBL Closing Specialist III to manage the closing process from approval through funding while maintaining complete files that meet SBA and internal bank requirements. The role includes coaching staff, developing protocols, and acting as lead trainer as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated management, leadership and coaching skills.
• LaserPro experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of the closing process from approval through funding.
