Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Satellite Systems Engineer to translate customer IT needs into evolving satellite architectures for national security space programs. You will guide and mentor developers to grow into tomorrow’s solutions architects, supporting cloud migrations and modernization efforts.

The role requires a strong background in DoD/IC satellite systems, mission systems interfacing, and the ability to articulate mission needs and capabilities. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD or IC satellite or ground systems.
• Experience with mission systems and interfacing with mission management planners and operators on a technical level.
• Knowledge of mission needs and conveying capabilities of software platforms.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Experience with satellite mission management systems.
