Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to translate satellite mission needs into technical specifications for Agile design, development, integration, and deployment of mission management software. You will lead engineering teams, define requirements, and ensure systems meet cybersecurity and accreditation standards.

Required TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years of experience, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

8+ years in systems engineering for complex satellite systems
Experience as technical lead and systems engineering leader
Experience delivering complex mission software and developing architectures, requirements, interfaces, system test plans, deployment plans, and training
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering and Modeling & Simulation
Experience with Agile, requirements management, increment planning, software design, system test planning, risk management, configuration management, and cybersecurity

Responsibilities

Lead systems engineering from requirements to production for satellite mission software
Define program increments, backlogs, and sprint plans for agile delivery
Ensure rigorous requirements analysis, development, testing, and cybersecurity across the lifecycle
