Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking an Entry Level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This role provides first-line assistance to SAP users and covers SAP ERP modules, user management, and troubleshooting, with a focus on clear communication and timely issue resolution.

The position is remote within the United States, requires an active Secret Clearance, and requires relocation to supported states if necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business Admin or related field.
• Experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules, addressing user issues promptly and effectively.
• Support SAP User Management (SAP UM) activities, including user access, basic role management, and navigation assistance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation and compliance with best practices.
• Document support activities, system changes, and user guides to maintain clear and accessible knowledge resources.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates, patches, and new functionalities to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
