Job summary
Tripoint Solutions is seeking an Entry Level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This role provides first-line assistance for SAP and related enterprise apps, ensuring timely resolution and strong customer service. Active Secret Clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business admin, or related field.
- Experience supporting SAP ERP in a professional setting.
- Solid understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules and user issues.
- Support SAP User Management (SAP UM) activities, including user access and basic role management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance for compliance.
- Document support activities and user guides for knowledge sharing.
- Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates and new features.
