Tripoint Solutions LLC seeks an entry-level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team, delivering first-line SAP and related enterprise application assistance, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceptional customer service. The role requires strong communication, familiarity with IT systems or business operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

An active Secret Clearance is required for this position, with remote work from the United States and no relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, or related field.
• Experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.
• SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules, addressing user issues promptly and effectively.
• Support SAP User Management (SAP UM) activities, including user access, basic role management, and navigation assistance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation and compliance with best practices.
• Document support activities, system changes, and user guides to maintain clear and accessible knowledge resources.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates, patches, and new functionalities to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
