Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking an entry-level SAP Support Specialist to provide first-line SAP and ERP assistance, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent customer service. This remote role supports users nationwide, with a focus on SAP modules and related enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business Administration or a related field, strong communication skills, and familiarity with IT systems. An Active Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, CS, Business Admin or related field.
• Experience supporting SAP ERP in a professional setting is preferred.
• Active Secret Clearance required for this position.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP ERP user support and troubleshooting.
• Assist with SAP User Management (access, roles, navigation).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations or enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance per best practices.
• Document support activities and user guides for knowledge resources.
• Assist in testing and deployment of SAP updates and new features to minimize disruption.
