Job summary
Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking an Entry Level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. You will provide first-line assistance to SAP users, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service with strong communication. A Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Admin, or related field.
- Experience supporting SAP ERP in a professional environment.
- SAP certification in relevant modules (FI, MM, SD).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
- Active Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules and related applications.
- Support SAP User Management (SAP UM) activities, including user access and role navigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate into configurations.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance for compliance and reliability.
- Document support activities and create user guides for knowledge sharing.
- Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates and new functionalities.
