Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking an Entry Level SAP Support Specialist for remote work. The role provides first-line SAP and enterprise application support, with emphasis on timely issue resolution and customer service. A active Secret Clearance is required.

The candidate should have strong communication skills and experience with IT systems or business operations, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office. Location is remote with eligibility to work in supported states.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, business or related field.
Proven experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional setting.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules and related enterprise applications.
Support SAP User Management activities, including user access and basic role management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations or enhancements.
Monitor system performance and perform maintenance for optimal operation and compliance.
Document support activities and user guides to maintain knowledge resources.
Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates and new functionalities to ensure seamless integration.
