Tripoint Solutions LLC seeks an entry-level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This role provides first-line assistance to end users of SAP and related enterprise applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent customer service.

A Secret Clearance is required for this position. Location is remote with states supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices; no relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.
• SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP MM, SAP SD).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
• Familiarity with database management and integration technologies related to SAP.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
• Active Secret Clearance

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules, addressing user issues promptly and effectively.
• Support SAP User Management (SAP UM) activities, including user access, basic role management, and navigation assistance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation and compliance with best practices.
• Document support activities, system changes, and user guides to maintain clear and accessible knowledge resources.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates, patches, and new functionalities to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
