Job summary
Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking an Entry Level SAP Support Specialist for our IT support team. This role provides first-line support to end users of SAP and related enterprise applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceptional customer service. An active Secret Clearance is required.
Location: Remote; candidate must reside in one of the states supported by Tripoint Solutions. Responsibilities include SAP ERP module support, SAP User Management, and collaboration with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.
- SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP MM, SAP SD).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
- Familiarity with database management and integration technologies related to SAP.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
- Prior experience working in the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services industry.
- Active Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day SAP support for end users and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations.
- Assist with SAP User Management activities including user access and role management.
- Monitor system performance and contribute to ongoing maintenance.
- Document changes and create user guides for knowledge resources.
- Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates and new functionalities.
