Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC seeks an entry-level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This role provides first-line assistance to SAP users and related enterprise applications, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service. A Secret Clearance is required.

Location: Remote (US). You will perform SAP ERP module support, SAP UM activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement configurations. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.
• SAP certification in relevant modules (FI, MM, SD).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
• Familiarity with database management and integration technologies related to SAP.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
• Prior experience in Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services industry.
• Active Secret Clearance (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules, addressing user issues promptly and effectively.
• Support SAP User Management activities, including user access, basic role management, and navigation assistance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations or enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance for optimal operation and compliance with best practices.
• Document support activities, system changes, and user guides for knowledge resources.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates, patches, and new functionalities to ensure minimal disruption.
