Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC seeks an Entry Level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This role provides first-line assistance to SAP end users and related enterprise applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent customer service.

Candidates must have strong communication, IT systems experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. An active Secret Clearance is required. Location is remote with states supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business or related field.
• Experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.
• SAP certification in modules (FI, MM, SD) is preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
• Familiarity with database management and SAP integration technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
• Prior experience in the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services industry.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules, addressing user issues promptly and effectively.
• Support SAP User Management (SAP UM) activities, including user access, basic role management, and navigation assistance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations or enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance for optimal operation and compliance with best practices.
• Document support activities, system changes, and user guides to maintain knowledge resources.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates, patches, and new functionalities to ensure minimal disruption.
