An active Secret Clearance is required. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business, proven SAP ERP support experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting SAP ERP in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP ERP technical support for end-users.
• Manage SAP UM user access and basic role management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations.
• Monitor system performance and document changes and procedures.
• Assist in testing and deployment of SAP updates and new functionalities.
