Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking an Entry Level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. You will provide first-line assistance for SAP and related enterprise applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent customer service.

A Secret clearance is required for this position and you must be located in the United States. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, experience with SAP ERP, strong ERP knowledge, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules, addressing user issues promptly and effectively.
• Support SAP User Management activities, including user access, basic role management, and navigation assistance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation and compliance with best practices.
• Document support activities, system changes, and user guides to maintain clear and accessible knowledge resources.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates, patches, and new functionalities to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
