Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking an Entry Level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This role provides first-line assistance to end users of SAP and related enterprise applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceptional customer service. Location: Remote.

The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, one of the states Tripoint serves. No relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP MM, SAP SD).
Experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules, addressing user issues promptly and effectively.
Support SAP User Management (SAP UM) activities, including user access, basic role management, and navigation assistance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation and compliance with best practices.
Document support activities, system changes, and user guides to maintain clear and accessible knowledge resources.
Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates, patches, and new functionalities to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
