Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking an Entry Level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. You will provide first-line assistance to SAP users, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent customer service, with an active Secret Clearance required.

Location: Remote in the United States; no relocation assistance provided. Responsibilities include SAP ERP support, user management, configuration translation, and documentation, with opportunities for testing and deployment of updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• Proven experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.
• Active Secret Clearance required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules.
• Support SAP User Management activities, including user access and role management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations or enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
• Document support activities and user guides for knowledge resources.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates, patches, and new functionalities.
