Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications and integrations across the enterprise. You will design test strategies, automate tests with Selenium, validate configurations, and collaborate across teams.

The role offers a remote position in the United States with flexibility and a focus on high-quality releases and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience testing Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, custom objects, fields, layouts and security models.
• Experience configuring Salesforce environments, profiles, roles and automations.
• Proven test automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce applications, integrations and processes.
• Develop, maintain, and run automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Validate configurations and perform functional, regression, API testing.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to troubleshoot defects.
• Test REST and SOAP API integrations and validate end-to-end data flows.
