Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, custom objects, fields, and security models.
• Experience configuring Salesforce environments, including profiles, roles, and flow automations.
• Proven expertise in test automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.
• Experience testing REST and SOAP APIs and third-party integrations using tools such as Postman.
• Excellent test planning, design, regression testing, and defect management skills.
• Experience validating data using SOQL and SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce applications, integrations, and business processes.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.
• Validate Salesforce configurations and security settings.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, API, and integration testing for releases.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Test REST and SOAP API integrations and end-to-end data flows.
