Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. The role blends Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to deliver scalable platform solutions and drive automation across the organization.

You will own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs, translate requirements into epics and stories, and lead planning, reviews, and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validations, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
