Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs, gather requirements, and translate them into epics and user stories, while driving automation and cross-functional improvements.
The role involves administration, governance, and multi-system integrations.
Qualifications
- Requires deep knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS processes.
- Advanced Salesforce Administration skills and data modeling for reports/dashboards.
- 5+ years supporting Salesforce platforms; 3+ years as Product Owner/BA/BPM.
- Experience with platform integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Drive automation and process improvements across Salesforce and related apps.
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and integrations with ArrowSphere and Power BI.
