Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce teams, and leadership. You will own the Salesforce product backlog, define the product vision, and translate requirements into scalable features across the ArrowSphere and related systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years supporting Salesforce platforms, strong product ownership experience, and a track record in process automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years as Product Owner / Business Process Manager.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (Power BI, ERP).
• JIRA knowledge for user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define roadmap priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate to epics, features, and user stories.
• Facilitate sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
• Lead UAT, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT, Salesforce developers, and business leaders to align platform solutions with business goals.
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance customer, partner, and employee experiences.
