Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead Salesforce product ownership, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable platform features. You will drive sprint ceremonies, partner with leaders on automation, and ensure adoption of Salesforce capabilities across departments.
You will administer Salesforce environments, manage data integrity, and coordinate integrations with ArrowSphere, Power BI, and ERP while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
- Experience with platform integrations and enterprise architectures.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
- Facilitate sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Identify automation opportunities and drive adoption of platform capabilities.
- Provide system administration for Salesforce environments and support integrations with ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP, and related systems.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
