Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs, define roadmaps, and align platform capabilities with business goals. The role balances product ownership, process management, and Salesforce administration across the ArrowSphere ecosystem.
You’ll work with stakeholders and IT teams in a fully remote setup, traveling to Arrow offices as needed. Requires 5+ years of Salesforce experience and a 4-year degree, with strong data modeling and integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of related Salesforce experience and platform administration.
- Experience leading requirements gathering, design, and UAT for enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling for reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs and define roadmap.
- Gather business requirements and translate to epics, features, and user stories.
- Lead sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Drive platform adoption and automation opportunities across Salesforce and ArrowSphere.
