Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs, define roadmaps, and translate business needs into scalable platform solutions. You will partner with IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership to drive automation, governance, and adoption.
The role requires strong Product Ownership and Salesforce Administration experience, with 5+ years in related roles and 3+ years as Product Owner or Business Process Manager.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Process Manager, or similar.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting platform integrations with Salesforce and related apps.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, and stories.
- Lead sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Drive automation and process improvements with business stakeholders.
- Support Salesforce & ArrowSphere integrations and deployments.
- Lead end‑to‑end process design and UAT for releases.
