Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to act as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce teams, and leadership. You will own product backlogs, define roadmaps, gather requirements, and ensure scalable Salesforce solutions across the organization.

Role includes administration of Salesforce environments, user management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Fully remote with travel as needed; minimum 5 years in related roles preferred.
