Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead Salesforce product ownership and end-to-end process improvements across the platform. You will collaborate with IT, Salesforce developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration, with a focus on adoption, automation, and governance within ArrowSphere and related systems.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience; Product Owner certifications a plus.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation and user adoption across Salesforce.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend configurations, automation, integration, and process improvements.
