Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager who will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. You will own Salesforce backlogs, shape the product roadmap, and translate requirements into scalable solutions across ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP, and related systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with platform integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define product vision, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce admin, including declarative solutions, data governance, and integrations.
• Lead end-to-end responsibilities for medium to large-scale initiatives, including UAT, release validation, and post-deployment support.
