Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce backlogs, define roadmaps, and translate business needs into scalable platform solutions. You will collaborate with IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership to deliver optimized processes and integrations across ArrowSphere, Power BI, and ERP systems.

The role blends Product Owner duties, business process management, and Salesforce administration to drive automation, adoption, and measurable improvements in

Qualifications

Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS business processes.
Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge is required.
Experience gathering requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and UAT.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define the product vision.
Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, and user stories.
Facilitate sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
Drive platform adoption and automation opportunities across Salesforce and related tools.
Provide admin and support for Salesforce environments including integrations with ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP.
