Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.

You will own Salesforce backlogs, drive process improvements, and enable automation across the organization while thriving in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum).
• Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge is required.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, design, UAT and release validations for large-scale initiatives.
• Ability to influence prioritization across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs and define product vision and roadmap.
• Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos and retrospectives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Manage platform support, enhancements, releases, and user adoption across Salesforce.
