Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs, define roadmaps, and translate business needs into scalable platform solutions. You will partner with IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership to deliver automation, governance, and process improvements across ArrowSphere, Power BI, and ERP integrations.
The role requires deep Salesforce administration expertise, 5+ years of related experience, and a proven track record in product ownership and agile
Qualifications
- Typically requires 5-7 years of related Salesforce/Business Process experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; 4-year degree required in job posting.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and drive platform enhancements.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership to ensure scalable solutions.
- Support platform integration and data governance across systems.
