Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.
You will own Salesforce backlogs, define roadmaps, gather requirements, and lead user stories and acceptance criteria across teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- 0
- 3+ years as Product Owner, BA, or BPM.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience with platform integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize Salesforce backlogs; define vision and roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into epics and user stories.
- Lead sprint planning and stakeholder reviews; drive automation opportunities.
- Occasionally manage release validation, adoption initiatives, and production support.
- Collaborate with IT, architects, and business leaders to ensure scalable solutions.
