Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.
You will own Salesforce backlogs, define roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive automation and process improvements across Salesforce, ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP, and other business apps.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration and product ownership experience.
- Strong Agile/Scrum background and stakeholder management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across business and IT.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define roadmaps.
- Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, and user stories.
- Facilitate sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
- Drive automation and process improvements across Salesforce and related apps.
- Lead requirements gathering, design discussions, and UAT for large initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and scalability.
